Description:

We are seeking a Secretary to join a leading Logistics & Freight Forwarding company in Dubai, UAE. This is a key role providing administrative support to the Co-founder, assisting with calendar management, travel coordination, meetings, and handling confidential tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Co-founder's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

  • Handle confidential tasks and information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Provide general administrative support and assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing office supplies and documentation.

Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

  • Previous experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding is a plus.

Eligibility:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field is required.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.

  • Candidates on sponsor/own visa preferred.
