Description:
We are seeking a Secretary to join a leading Logistics & Freight Forwarding company in Dubai, UAE. This is a key role providing administrative support to the Co-founder, assisting with calendar management, travel coordination, meetings, and handling confidential tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Co-founder's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Handle confidential tasks and information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Provide general administrative support and assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing office supplies and documentation.
Experience Required:
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Previous experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding is a plus.
Eligibility:
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field is required.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Candidates on sponsor/own visa preferred.
