A reputable company in the UAE is actively seeking a professional and well-organized Secretary to join their Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the department runs smoothly by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, particularly in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver full-spectrum secretarial support to the Maintenance Department
• Manage confidential communications, records, and documentation efficiently
• Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations
• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain records of discussions
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all correspondence and reports

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing sensitive information discreetly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
