A leading Fire rated Wooden/Steel doors manufacturing company (UAE) Factory is looking for a suitable experienced candidate preferably having work experience in Doors manufacturing company for the role of a Secretary Admin Officer.

Experience: Min.1-2 years.

Key Responsibilities Includes;

  • Preparation of quotations, follow up, prepare invoices and reports as per requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent in Payment follow up and Customer relationship.
  • Handling of petty cash as per advice and approval.
  • Proper filing and update of all documents/certificates as per requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office tools like word, excel etc.
  • Proper knowledge & experience in doors manufacturing is an added advantage.
  • Work as secretary to the manager.
  • Proper English communication skill is a must.
