Description:
Interior design and build company is looking for a responsible and highly experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include:
- providing support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities
- handling administrative requests and queries from the managers
- preparing and issuing LPO and follow up with suppliers
- developing and maintaining a filing system
- updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
- handling visas procedures for the employees
Requirements:
- proven experience as an administrative assistant
- proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- attention to detail and problem solving skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
