Al Murooj English School is seeking a qualified and efficient Secretary to join our administrative team. This role supports the smooth operation of the school and ensures organized, professional, and confidential management of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative activities and support school operations
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping efficiently
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems with accuracy
  • Assist school staff with scheduling, communication, and documentation tasks
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and external contacts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a school or similar setting
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation
  • Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality
  • Available for immediate joining
