Description:
The Senior Account Manager Executive acts as the central point of contact for key clients, responsible for driving client satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery of media projects, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth. This role ensures seamless coordination between clients and internal production, creative, and operations teams while maintaining high standards of execution.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Client Leadership
Lead day-to-day client interactions and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
Understand client business goals, market positioning, and content strategy to provide proactive recommendations.
Develop long-term client engagement plans built on value, trust, and data-driven insights.
Ensure a high standard of service across all client touchpoints.
2. High-Level Project Management
Oversee end-to-end execution of creative and production projects including:
- TVCs
- Social media content
- Photography campaigns
- Corporate videos
- Animation and motion graphics
Develop project scopes, detailed timelines, and resource plans.
Ensure internal teams deliver on time, within budget, and above expectations.
3. Internal Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate between production, creative, post-production, and social teams.
- Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for internal departments.
- Ensure project alignment, workflow consistency, and quality control across all deliverables.
- Lead internal status meetings, priority reviews, and post-delivery evaluations.
4. Performance Management & Reporting
- Track all project KPIs, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Prepare performance reports, project summaries, and ROI analyses for clients.
- Identify bottlenecks or risks early and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain full visibility across all active projects and pipelines.
5. Business Growth & Revenue Contribution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling production or marketing services.
- Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to prepare proposals and pitch presentations.
- Support new business meetings and contribute to large-scale commercial tenders.
- Maintain high client retention and contribute to overall revenue targets.
6. Quality Assurance & Problem Solving
- Ensure creative outputs and production deliverables meet brand guidelines and project standards.
- Quickly resolve client concerns, production delays, or quality issues with a solutions-first mindset.
- Oversee revisions, approvals, and version control across all content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of account management or client servicing experience, ideally in:
- Production houses
- Advertising agencies
- Creative studios
- Digital content companies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end media production workflows.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts with high-value projects.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client negotiation skills.
- Strong operational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.), and documentation systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret client performance data.
- Full-time on-site availability in Dubai is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing major regional clients in UAE or GCC markets.
- Understanding of social media content strategies and digital campaign assets.
- Familiarity with creative review processes, brand identity rules, and platform-specific content standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional creative and production teams.
