Senior Account Manager

 

Description:

A leading ICT solutions provider is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Account Manager to drive enterprise-level sales and strategic account growth in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in complex ICT solution selling and long-standing relationships within the UAE enterprise market. Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, manage, and expand a portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts based in Abu Dhabi
  • Build, develop, and sustain long-term relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present tailored ICT solutions
  • Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline with reliable forecasting and reporting

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Nationality requirement: Jordanian or Lebanese
  • Minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience
  • At least 10 years of proven ICT sales or account management experience within Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Prior experience with leading system integrators such as Intertec, Emitac, Alphadata, MDS, or similar organizations
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge across Cloud solutions, Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Applications/Software
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
