Senior Account Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Public Relations team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing high-profile accounts, delivering strategic communication plans, and leading client relationships in fast-paced environments.

Key Requirements

• UAE PR Agency Experience Required (mandatory)

• Proven track record managing government, corporate, or large-scale projects.

• Strong UAE/GCC media relations network.

• Ability to lead account executives and manage multiple deadlines.

• Excellent English and Arabic writing skills (preferred).

• Experience in crisis communication, campaign planning, and media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client accounts with full ownership of strategy and execution.

• Develop communication plans, press materials, and strategic messaging.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE media outlets.

• Oversee team members and ensure timely delivery of all client requirements.

• Support new business pitches and proposal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Media, or related field.

• 5–7+ years of experience, preferably inside a UAE PR agency.

• Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
