Description:

Konceptic is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant based in Dubai with comprehensive expertise in UAE banking procedures, use tax regulations, and full-cycle accounting. This full-time position is ideal for finance professionals who are experienced in handling Letters of Credit (LCs), export documentation, and routine banking operations specific to the UAE market.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE use tax laws, managing banking transactions, and supporting audit processes. Your financial analysis will play a vital role in guiding management decisions and enhancing the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely financial records in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure strict compliance with UAE use tax regulations and other relevant financial laws.

• Manage all banking transactions, including the processing of Letters of Credit (LCs) and preparation of export documentation.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit preparation and execution.

• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably with exposure to UAE banking operations.

• Hands-on experience managing Letters of Credit (LCs) and export documentation.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE use tax regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience in general trading is considered a strong advantage.
