Bin Dhaher Group is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join its Finance & Accounting department in Dubai. This full-time role is tailored for professionals who possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and are ready to lead financial operations with accuracy, insight, and strategic foresight.

As a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager, you will be entrusted with managing the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization. You will lead initiatives in financial planning, reporting, and compliance while ensuring that the company’s financial practices align with regulatory standards and internal control policies. You will also serve as a mentor to junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage core accounting functions such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership.

• Lead the company’s budgeting and forecasting efforts in collaboration with departmental heads.

• Establish, maintain, and enforce robust internal control systems to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and corporate policies.

• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.

• Guide and support junior accounting personnel to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA/CMA certifications are highly desirable).

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior-level accounting or finance role, preferably in the UAE.

• Solid understanding of international accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

• High attention to detail with superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
