Senior Accountant

ONGROUND Hospitality LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial operations in a fast-paced, international hospitality business. You’ll be responsible for supporting core accounting functions while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Hold a recognised accountancy qualification or be part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), with 3–5 years of relevant experience in an international work environment
• Strong foundation in bookkeeping and management accounting
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics with a 2:1 or above is highly desirable
• Familiarity with working across multi-national groups and handling multi-currency transactions
• Well-versed in financial accounting standards and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF); knowledge of VBA is a plus
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access
• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as MS Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks, Odoo, or Focus_9 is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform comparative financial analysis and solve problems effectively
