Now Hiring – Senior Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Accountant to join our finance team and take ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will lead a small accounting team, ensure accurate AR/AP processing, maintain bank reconciliations, and support financial reporting and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, review, and performance oversight.
• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to maintain financial accuracy and detect discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audit requests and documentation.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls within the accounting function.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years’ experience working in the UAE as a Senior Accountant.
• Strong hands-on experience in AR/AP and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Tally or SAP (experience with either system is essential).
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop staff.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and strong accounting fundamentals.
