Senior Accountant

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, manage reporting and compliance, and provide support for audits and management reporting. This role requires handling accounting entries, reconciliations, payroll, VAT, budgeting, and other financial activities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle daily accounting tasks including supplier invoices, payments, petty cash, and credit card transactions
🔹 Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and management reports
🔹 Maintain fixed assets, inventory, and cash controls
🔹 Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
🔹 Perform reconciliations and assist with internal and external audits

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience handling employer’s personal accounts is a plus
