Senior Accountant

Al Yamama Real Estate Survey Services is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their finance team in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for a professional who has a solid understanding of accounting procedures, strong technical knowledge, and is ready to take responsibility for day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of financial accounting and reporting in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
• Manage and oversee VAT filing and compliance according to UAE laws.
• Utilize Zoho accounting software for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, auditing, and cost control procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial documentation and reports.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making through reports and analysis.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Zoho accounting software.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and VAT procedures.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
