Senior Accountant

Are you an experienced Accountant with a passion for numbers and precision?

Join our expanding Real Estate Brokerage team and play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in every transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Record and monitor property sales, commissions, and brokerage transactions.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities.
• Coordinate with management and auditors for financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or brokerage).
• Strong understanding of RERA, VAT, and UAE accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
