Senior Accountant

Description:

Brillant Capital Marketing Management LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, UAE regulations, and practical experience managing comprehensive accounting operations. This role requires accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and auditors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports on a timely basis.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and complete VAT filings accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and management teams for financial reviews and audits.
• Support internal controls and process improvements within the finance department.

Experience & Skills Required:
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with UAE experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
