A Dubai-based organization is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with a strong background in real estate leasing and a proven track record of managing financial operations within the property sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounting activities related to leasing operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall financial management of the business. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounting functions efficiently are essential for this role.

Candidates should possess solid expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable processes, and lease-related accounting transactions. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be key to succeeding in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to real estate leasing activities.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and accounting records.

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy.

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

• Record and monitor lease-related transactions in accordance with company procedures.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial controls.

• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Filipino female candidates required.

• Previous experience as a Senior Accountant is mandatory.

• Real Estate Leasing accounting experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting procedures.

• Experience with account reconciliations and financial record management.

• Good understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

• Knowledge of lease-related accounting transactions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
