Senior Accountant

Description:

Kenzie Clean is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the complete financial operations of four established businesses operating in the automotive detailing, home maintenance, and car wash industries. This office-based role offers the opportunity to take ownership of accounting functions across multiple entities while working directly with senior leadership.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and corporate tax requirements using QuickBooks Online. The ideal applicant is someone who embraces automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and modernize financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting activities across multiple business entities.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.

• Prepare financial reports and ensure timely reporting.

• Oversee VAT, corporate tax, and WPS compliance.

• Implement automation and AI tools to streamline accounting processes.

• Collaborate with the CEO to improve financial operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and WPS regulations.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

• Interest in automation and AI-powered accounting solutions.

• CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred.

• Available for a full-time, office-based role in Dubai with an immediate start.
