Senior Accountant

Description:

Supreme Worlds is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for a finance professional who can independently oversee the complete accounting operations of the company while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.The successful candidate should have solid retail industry experience and hands-on expertise with Odoo ERP. The role requires managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and maintaining effective financial controls across all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete accounting operations of the company independently.

• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure timely financial reporting.

• Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Maintain inventory accounting records and oversee month-end closing activities.

• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with company financial procedures.

• Support effective financial control and reporting processes.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in the complete accounting function.

• Ability to independently manage the entire accounting operations of the company.

• Strong experience in the retail industry is essential.

• Odoo ERP experience is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, inventory accounting, and month-end closing.

• Ability to prepare financial statements and maintain accurate and timely accounting records.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Odoo ERP.

 • Financial reporting and bank reconciliation.

 • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and month-end closing.
