PERSPECTIVE GLOBAL is actively expanding its finance team and is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts and Audit Associate to join their office in Dubai or New Delhi. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial compliance and audit excellence while supporting day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply sound accounting principles in maintaining financial records and preparing reports.

• Conduct audits, verify accounting entries, and ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.

• Work proficiently with accounting software and audit tools to facilitate financial data management.

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

• Stay updated with UAE taxation regulations and ensure adherence in accounting practices.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support audits and financial reporting cycles.

• Maintain organized and detailed documentation to support audit findings and financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts and audit roles.

• Basic understanding of UAE taxation laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software and audit procedures.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work.

• Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is mandatory.
