The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into the position of Office Director, overseeing our architectural practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design:
- Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to completion.
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
- Produce/Oversee high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations.
Project Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns, encouraging their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to integrate specialized expertise into architectural projects.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all architectural work meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address potential issues or discrepancies.
Office Management (Future Role):
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and expansion of the architectural practice.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and professional excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Ambition and potential to grow into a leadership role as Office Director.
