Senior Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, someone who thrives in fast-paced, design-driven environments and brings both creativity and project management expertise to every project.

🔑Key Responsibilities
▪️Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design quality, functionality, and compliance with client requirements and local regulations.
▪️Develop detailed architectural and interior drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
▪️Create innovative design concepts that reflect client brand identity and elevate architectural aesthetics.
▪️Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
▪️Manage approvals and licensing with authorities such as Dubai Municipality and Trakhees.
▪️Oversee project progress through all stages — from design development to handover — maintaining quality and timelines.
▪️Mentor junior architects and interior designers to foster creativity and professional growth.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
▪️Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design, project execution, and government approvals in Dubai.
▪️Strong track record managing Dubai Municipality and First Class licensing procedures.
▪️Experience certificates from Dubai-based projects (preferably Municipality-approved).
▪️Registration with Dubai Municipality and Trakhees systems is an advantage.

🧠 Skills & Software Proficiency
▪️Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and visualization tools.
▪️Strong technical ability in preparing construction and interior drawings.
▪️In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning for multi-use, commercial, and residential projects.
▪️Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
