As the Senior Art Director at LINKVIVA, you will be the visionary thinker behind our creative projects, responsible for leading the design and creative ideation for our projects and ensuring the artistic direction of our events and activations aligns with our clients’ objectives. Your role will be pivotal in crafting visually stunning and memorable experiences that captivate audiences and strengthen client relationships. Crafting legacies.
You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing extraordinary experiences that leave a legendary impact. We are looking for a visionary, well-travelled, individual who is not only creative but also highly art & tech-savvy, and forward-thinking, capable of pushing the boundaries of, never done before, immersive experiences, events, design and environments.
Specifically, the Senior Art Director should:
- Work closely with the creative team and clients to develop unique and compelling concepts for events, activations, and experiential campaigns.
- Define and maintain the visual identity and branding guidelines for each project, ensuring consistency and alignment with client objectives.
- Create and present comprehensive storyboards, mood boards, and visual presentations to communicate your creative vision to clients and team members.
- Direct the artistic direction for each project, including set design, decor, lighting, and visual elements, ensuring that all creative aspects are executed to perfection.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented designers and artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment.
- Oversee the execution of all creative elements, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and push the boundaries of creative excellence.
Requirements
About You
You should be:
- An experienced Art Director ready to take the next step in your career, or a Senior Art Director or Design Lead looking for your next opportunity.
- Able to demonstrate your previous success including remarkable conceptualization in the events and experiential industry
- Be experienced in Art Direction, Visualisation and Unreal Engine Artistry
- Professional, independent and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.
- Able to present with confidence and presence.
- Knowledgeable on processes, materials, and technical aspects of event design.
As a minimum, you should have:
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a strong understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Architectural Software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in Technology
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
