Senior Associate Urban Designer

Menasa & Partners are currently seeking a Senior Associate Urban Designer to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in Dubai. This role is suitable for someone with strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with significant knowledge and experience in leading and designing large-scale master plans.

As Senior Associate Urban Designer, you would be responsible for leading and developing the organisation's projects throughout the region, overseeing a multidisciplined team to ensure project requirements are met. You would be carrying out design revision, providing solutions and alternatives and maintaining the highest quality of work is delivered to clients. Developing and expanding the company's client base and presence in the market is also a key component to the role.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Urban Design

Impeccable communication skills in English

Previous Middle East experience

Proven experience in leading a multidisciplined team to successfully deliver large master plans
