Senior Audio-visual Engineer

Description:

EIS Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Audio-Visual Engineer to provide on-site AV engineering support for a landmark ADNOC facility in Abu Dhabi. This long-term project-based opportunity is ideal for professionals with advanced AV system expertise and experience working in high-profile executive environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-grade AV systems while ensuring reliable performance across audio, video, and collaboration technologies. Candidates with UAE energy-sector experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site engineering support for advanced audio-visual systems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot fine-pitch LED video walls and integrated AV solutions.

• Configure, support, and optimize Q-SYS audio DSP and control systems.

• Ensure reliable operation of AV technologies in executive and mission-critical environments.

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality AV support and system performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of Audio-Visual (AV) experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead on-site support role.

• AVIXA CTS certification is mandatory (CTS-I or CTS-D is an advantage).

• Hands-on experience with fine-pitch LED video walls and Q-SYS audio DSP/control programming.

• Experience with LG LED video walls, Lightware, Shure, Bosch DICENTIS, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

• Previous ADNOC or UAE energy-sector site experience is preferred.

• Valid UAE residence visa (or eligibility) and a valid UAE driving license.

Strong knowledge of:

• Q-SYS audio DSP and control programming

• Fine-pitch LED video wall systems

• Microsoft Teams Rooms, Lightware, Shure, and Bosch DICENTIS solutions
