Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

K&K Global Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading enterprise organization in the Middle East to recruit a highly skilled Senior Azure Cloud Engineer for a critical onsite role based in Abu Dhabi. This position is part of a high-impact global hiring initiative supporting large-scale cloud transformation and modernization programs.

This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in designing, migrating, and securing enterprise-level Azure environments who are open to international opportunities. Visa sponsorship will be provided by the client, and candidates must hold a valid passport. Arabic-speaking professionals are preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and architecting enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
• Leading Azure cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives
• Implementing Azure Landing Zones aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework
• Automating cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep
• Designing hybrid connectivity solutions including ExpressRoute, VPN, VNET Peering, Private Endpoints, and DNS
• Building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
• Architecting container-based platforms using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Implementing cloud security using Entra ID, RBAC, WAF, Key Vault, and Defender for Cloud
• Establishing monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Designing disaster recovery, backup strategies, and multi-region failover solutions
• Optimizing cloud costs using FinOps best practices
• Providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams

Mandatory requirements for this role include:
• Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure
• Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi
• Valid passport with visa sponsorship provided by the client
