Senior Backend Developer

 

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned backend expert with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Laravel and Node.js, capable of managing complex backend systems and integrating them with mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing web apps, mobile apps (native & hybrid), and managing backend architectures with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain backend systems using Laravel (PHP) and Node.js.

 

Build and integrate RESTful APIs for mobile apps (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native) and web applications.

 

Manage data architecture with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

 

Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams to ensure smooth backend integration.

 

Work on hybrid app solutions and real-time features using technologies like WebSockets and Firebase.

 

Optimize performance and scalability for high-traffic applications.

 

Implement authentication, role-based access, payment gateways, and third-party API integrations.

 

Write clean, well-documented, and secure code.

 

Troubleshoot issues and lead debugging and testing processes.

 

Contribute to DevOps, deployment pipelines, and version control (Git).

 

Requirements:

4 to 6 years of professional experience in backend development.

 

Proficiency in both Laravel and Node.js frameworks.

 

Strong experience building web applications, mobile app backends, and hybrid application systems.

 

Solid understanding of REST APIs, JWT authentication, and middleware handling.

 

Proficient with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase.

 

Familiarity with mobile app frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Ionic.

 

Hands-on experience with Git, CLI, and Agile workflows.

 

Deep understanding of secure coding practices, caching, and performance optimization.

 

Strong communication and leadership skills to work in cross-functional teams.

 

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

 

Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Socket.io, or GraphQL APIs.

 

Familiarity with payment gateways, real-time chat, and push notifications.
