Senior Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a strong techno-functional Oracle Cloud HCM expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Oracle HCM systems.

🔍 What You'll Do:

✅ Lead development & implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Mgmt, ORC)

✅ Optimize existing systems, create dashboards, reports (BI, OTBI), and manage data loads/extracts

✅ Handle HCM Security, workflows, Fast Formula, and Redwood design (bonus)

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, test solutions, and train end users

🎓 What You Bring:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/MIS

✔️ 6+ years overall experience, 3–5 years hands-on with Oracle Fusion HCM

✔️ Expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, ORC, Fusion Payroll, HDL, HCM Extracts

✔️ Strong skills in BI tools, SQL/PLSQL, system integrations, and page customization

✔️ Excellent communication and documentation abilities
