Senior Business Consultant

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to independently manage client portfolios across DIFC and ADGM, with a strong focus on DFSA and FSRA regulatory compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage DIFC & ADGM clients as the primary point of contact
• Handle DFSA & FSRA compliance, licensing, renewals, and ongoing regulatory obligations
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and compliance documentation
• Liaise with DIFC, DFSA, ADGM & FSRA authorities
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure ongoing client compliance
• Provide advisory support on governance, structuring, and regulatory matters

🔹 Eligibility & Experience
• 3–4+ years’ experience managing DIFC/DFSA & ADGM/FSRA compliance
• Qualified Lawyer or Company Secretary (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of DIFC & ADGM laws and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to manage clients independently
