Role Description
- Assist superiors in the seamless onboarding and management of partners:
- Collaborate with superiors to facilitate the partnership process with partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Follow up on contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system integration and operational efficiency.
2..Expand partner network in target countries:
- Conduct market research and identify potential partners in specified target countries.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and establish relationships with prospective partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling partnership proposals and presentations.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to foster new partnerships.
3..Complete assigned tasks:
- Proactively take on additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by superiors.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Preferably based in Dubai
- Strong understanding of payment service, especially High Risk Industry
- Proven experience in business development or partnership management, preferably in the online payment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Fluent in English (Excellent spoken and written skills).
- Additional fluency in Russian, Japanese, Spanish, Multi Lingual is a plus.
- ability to travel as required.
