Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with mandatory experience in OOH advertising to drive growth by onboarding billboard owners, forging partnerships, and expanding our advertiser base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the OOH ecosystem, a proven sales track record, and the ability to leverage Adloom’s technology to disrupt traditional advertising models.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and onboard billboard owners (static/digital) across high-traffic locations (highways, landmarks, public transport, etc.).
· Build and manage relationships with advertisers (luxury brands, automotive, hospitality, etc.) to drive platform adoption.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing models, ensuring alignment with Adloom’s transparent and scalable framework.
· Collaborate with marketing to showcase Adloom’s value proposition: real-time analytics, instant booking, and AI-driven recommendations.
· Achieve quarterly targets for billboard listings, advertiser acquisitions, and revenue growth.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain Adloom’s first-mover advantage.
Requirements
· Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in OOH advertising, media sales, or a related field (e.g., ad tech, media planning).
· Proven track record in B2B sales, partnership development, or business expansion.
· Strong network within the GCC advertising industry (brands, agencies, billboard owners).
· Familiarity with programmatic advertising, performance metrics, and OOH pricing models.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
