United Plaza Real Estate is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Senior Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder

* Minimum 2 years of Abu Dhabi Commercial real estate experience

* In-depth knowledge of the UAE and Abu Dhabi commercial property market, regulations, and leasing processes

* Proven experience in commercial property sales and leasing, including offices, retail units, warehouses, showrooms, or commercial buildings

* Demonstrable track record of successfully closed leasing or sales transactions

* Strong network of landlords, investors, tenants, and corporate clients

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills

* Good computer skills, including MS Office, CRM systems, and property databases

* Team-oriented, client-focused, and capable of working independently

* Valid UAE driving license
