Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with minimum 6-8 years of experience to join our team. You will play a key role in understanding our data and generating insights that directly influence the decisions we make.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large datasets from a variety of sources and maintaining databases/data systems.
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks.
- Utilize statistical, algorithmic, data mining, and visualization techniques to model complex problems and identify opportunities and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Presenting information using data visualization techniques and creating reports that track key business metrics.
- Understand key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each goal and task.
- Advising management and team members of risks and opportunities, and recommending actions to meet business objectives based on analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally for a tech or AI company.
- Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience with SQL and/or N0-SQL databases, including MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively report findings to the team and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
