Senior Data Engineer

Description:

• Overall having experience between 6 years of experience in IT and minimum 3+ years’ experience in cloud.
• Hands-on in Architecture, Design, Delivery of all aspects of Data Engineering area.
• Hands-on experience in implementing data engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge in Azure Data Bricks / Pyspark / Azure Data factory.
• Strong knowledge and experience on SQL Statements and Queries
• Experience in delivering complex ETL projects.
• Extensive database experience with a good knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing Concepts.
• Hands-on coding experience in various Azure Services
• Should have knowledge of Store Procedures, Functions, queries.
• Strong working experience in ingesting data from various data sources and data types
• Should have development, testing and deployment knowledge, best practices and coding standards.
• Should have strong knowledge on performance optimization in ADF, ADB, SQL.
• Should have strong knowledge of Data Warehouse, SQL, Data Modelling
• Knowledge of Medallion architecture and metadata driven architecture is a must.
• Knowledge on DevOps, Jira and Confluence is added advantage.
• Should be comfortable working with Team and as IC.
