Senior Design Manager

We are urgently hiring a Senior Design Manager to join our team in Dubai.
If you have strong experience in construction & fit-out projects, particularly in high-end / luxury developments, this could be a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full design lifecycle (concept to execution)
Ensure all drawings are coordinated, accurate, and buildable
Drive collaboration between consultants, project teams, and site execution
Identify and mitigate design risks impacting cost and timelines
Ensure compliance with UAE authorities and regulations

Minimum 10+ years UAE experience in Construction / Fit-Out
Proven experience in high-end / luxury projects (Villas / Hospitality / Commercial)
Strong background in design coordination & authority approvals
Ability to handle fast-track projects
