Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate development (residential, mixed-use, hospitality).
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations, zoning, and construction processes.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
