Senior Development Manager

Description:

This role will lead projects from early feasibility and design through approvals, construction, and handover, working closely with consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Experience Required

• 8+ years’ experience in real estate development within the UAE
• Strong background delivering residential and/or hospitality projects
• Proven experience managing consultants, budgets, and approvals
• Solid understanding of UAE planning regulations and construction processes
• Architecture or related degree preferred
