SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

A reputable organization is currently seeking an experienced and licensed Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage large-scale electrical projects across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who can provide strategic project oversight, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and guide engineering teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical engineering activities from initial design evaluation through execution and final commissioning. The position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee electrical engineering operations for major projects across assigned locations.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering and site teams.
• Review electrical designs and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project execution from planning and design review to installation and final commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and standards set by local utility authorities and governing bodies.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Supervise site activities and manage teams effectively, including remote coordination when required.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance throughout all phases.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the UAE.
• Solid technical expertise in electrical systems and engineering practices.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and technical tools.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing site teams and project operations.
• Valid UAE driving license is considered an advantage.
