Senior Events 3d Designer / Creative Lead

Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Events 3D Designer / Creative Lead to lead the conceptual design of events, exhibitions, and brand experiences. This role requires strong creative vision, hands-on 3D design skills, and the ability to guide design execution from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative concepts and 3D designs for events, exhibitions, and experiential projects

• Develop event layouts, stage designs, booth concepts, and immersive environments

• Translate client briefs into strong creative proposals and visual presentations

• Oversee and guide junior designers and freelancers when required

• Collaborate closely with account, production, and fabrication teams

• Ensure designs are realistic, buildable, and aligned with budgets and timelines

• Participate in client presentations and creative discussions

• Maintain design quality and brand consistency across all projects

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential design

• Expert-level skills in 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar)

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent concept development and spatial design skills

• Solid understanding of materials, fabrication, and event production processes

• Experience leading creative direction or mentoring designers is a strong advantage

• Strong portfolio demonstrating event and experiential projects

• Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
