Description:
Sharaf Shipping is looking for an experienced Senior Executive to join its shipping and logistics team in Dubai. This role is suitable for a customer-focused professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to manage client requirements while supporting efficient logistics operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in shipping or logistics customer service, excellent communication abilities, and strong problem-solving skills. Candidates with knowledge of RoRo and Projects/Breakbulk operations will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer service activities and ensure smooth communication with clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and operational follow-ups professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Resolve customer issues by providing effective solutions and timely updates.
• Support shipping and logistics operations through efficient coordination.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience within the shipping or logistics industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and operational priorities.
• Experience with RoRo and Projects/Breakbulk operations will be an advantage.
