- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, real estate, or banking.
- Strong understanding of the Indian home loan market, including regulatory and compliance aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-net-worth NRI clients.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets within set timelines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
