Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Façade Designer to join our company.
Responsibilities:
- understand project requirements and design objectives.
- Lead and assist the design team to prepare the shop drawings.
- Develop structural calculations for façade and aluminum work.
- Review structural drawing and coordinate with the commercial department.
- Develop detailed façade design concepts and technical drawings, ensuring adherence to safety, structural integrity, and aesthetic considerations.
- Prepare accurate material lists and project timelines for façade design implementation.
- Coordinate with production and site team in order to issue a cutting list and fabrication drawings.
- Periodical site inspection to ensure proper execution as per design requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years proven experience as a Façade Designer.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Orgadata is preferable.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminium and glass materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
- Thorough understanding of advanced facade systems, structural engineering, and building physics.
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptability to evolving project requirements, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salary: The salary package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and proficiency in designing aluminum and glass facades.
