Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong expertise in General Ledger Accounting? We are looking for a Senior GL Accountant to join our team in Dubai and take ownership of key accounting processes.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL) ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
🔹 Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
🔹 Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
🔹 Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
🔹 Liaise with auditors and assist in statutory reporting.
✅ Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA/CA/CPA preferred).
✔ Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience (GL focus).
✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS & accounting standards.
✔ Excellent skills in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience is a plus).
✔ Immediate availability is a must.
