Description:
RATLS Contracting is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR & Admin professional to join its growing team in Dubai. The organization is looking for a competent individual who can independently manage HR operations and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing HR processes, supporting employee lifecycle management, and contributing to efficient organizational operations within a fast-paced contracting environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Overseeing payroll processing, leave management, and HR administrative functions
• Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies
• Handling employee documentation, contracts, and HR records with accuracy
• Supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinating with management on HR strategy and workforce planning
• Resolving employee queries and maintaining effective workplace communication
• Ensuring smooth HR workflow and administrative efficiency across departments
Candidate requirements:
• 5–8 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance standards
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Strong background in payroll processing and leave management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively
• Prior experience in contracting or construction industry is an advantage
