Description:
OWS Auto is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to join its team and play a key role in supporting leadership across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business, managing end-to-end HR operations while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour laws.
This role requires a strong HR professional who can independently handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to both people development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding
• Oversee performance management systems and employee relations
• Handle HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labour law
• Support learning & development (L&D) initiatives
• Conduct people analytics and HR reporting
• Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership teams
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of UAE experience in HR generalist role
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment ownership
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience in automotive or technical industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE labour law and HR compliance frameworks
• Recruitment and talent acquisition lifecycle
• Employee engagement and performance management systems
