A reputable construction and civil engineering company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is hiring an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their growing team. This full-time role offers a dynamic opportunity for HR professionals with a proven track record in managing human resource operations within mid-to-large sized organizations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in human resources, particularly in sectors related to construction or engineering. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for this role. Candidates must be fluent in English, with additional language proficiency considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.

• Coordinating training and development programs for staff.

• Handling performance management and appraisal processes.

• Advising management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives.

• Managing employee records, contracts, and payroll support in coordination with finance.

• Resolving workplace conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
