Micah Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Professional on behalf of our client, a leading hospital in Abu Dhabi.

This role will oversee key HR operations, support staff development, and ensure alignment with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions
• Drive employee engagement and performance
• Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
