Senior Hse Manager

Description:

We are Yas Projects LLC, a leading construction company dedicated to excellence and innovation, exceptional construction solutions. Our innovative and growing company is looking for a Senior HSE Manager to lead all Health, Safety, and Environment activities for a high-profile marine infrastructure project involving underwater tunnel construction, cofferdams, and marine works.

Mandatory Requirements:
Education: Engineering Degree.
Certification: NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent. CMIOSH status is a significant advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 18 years in HSE, with 10+ years specifically in marine/heavy civil infrastructure within the UAE.
Project Expertise: Proven track record in underwater tunnel construction, cofferdam installation, and marine civil works.
Regulatory Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, ADOSH-SF, and international safety standards.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead HSE compliance and cultural excellence across all marine and tunneling operations.
Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
Conduct rigorous site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Ensure safe systems of work for high-risk activities (diving, tunneling, heavy lifts).
Manage, train, and mentor on-site HSE teams and subcontractors.
Act as the primary HSE interface for clients, consultants, and government authorities.
