Senior Hvac Technician

Description:

Tanseeq Investment Group is urgently seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Technician with specialized expertise in VRF systems and District Cooling (FCUs & AHUs) to support multiple ongoing projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong technical knowledge in modern HVAC systems and hands-on maintenance skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM) for VRF systems, FCUs, AHUs, and chilled water systems
• Inspect, test, and repair compressors, fan motors, PCBs, valves, and sensors
• Diagnose VRF system faults, including communication errors and refrigerant issues
• Execute installation, commissioning, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging tasks
• Monitor system performance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore system operations promptly
• Interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and control diagrams accurately

Supervision & Coordination:
• Supervise and guide junior HVAC technicians
• Coordinate work with FM teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct quality checks before project handovers
• Maintain detailed service logs, PPM checklists, and technical reports

Technical Skills:
• Expertise in VRF systems (Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Experience with district cooling systems, FCUs, AHUs, valves, and control mechanisms
• Familiarity with BMS/CMMS systems and UAE HVAC standards
