Business Capabilities

5+ years of experience in an IT Support position in a large company.

• Proven experience as a L2 Support- help desk technician or other user support role.

• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.

• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

• Broad range of LAN/WLAN and IP telephony knowledge, especially regarding Cisco networks.

• Extensive knowledge of standard desktop applications and operation systems, especially regarding Microsoft office applications, adobe products, and windows operating systems.

• Knowledge of IT Service Desk procedures, anti-virus and security systems, and backup systems.

• Vendor Management Skills.

• Thorough understanding of ITIL or similar service delivery systems.

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Technical and non-technical communication skills

• Ability to communicate with users, vendors, and HQ clearly and independently.

• Ability to establish user trust and confidence.

• User-oriented and cool-tempered

• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
